GLR Day 3: Final Leg: Only one leg on the final day of GLR.

Was originally thinking I was gonna do a progression run for this leg because I didn't know if my body could sustain another tempo run. Started out and in the first .5 I caught 2 people and then the race was on. I just had the mindset of hunting these people down. It was a rolling hill, pavement leg so I was just able to roll. Probably caught 10 people because we started out with a couple slower legs at the beginning of the day. Had my mind set on this guy that was moving pretty fast for the last 2 miles or so and caught with about .5 to go. Happy that I was done racing for the day and was still able to sustain around 6:15 average for most of my runs!

GLR is much more fun when you're in really good shape. It's always fun, but it is a lot better when you feel like your running solid and strong for three days straight.
