Easy run with the boys and special guest Matt! Nice to see him and catch up a bit. Pretty easy even with the boys, very windy heading South and bone spurs were really really bugging me. Went all the way around Navy Pier which was a cool change of pace, fun to be that far out into Lake Michigan, we should change our running routes more often. Almost turned at Fullerton on the way back when we didn't go that way but hung on knowing that it wont hurt me any more than just having pain. Uneven footing and hills the day before definitely took a toll. Had to poop the whole run.
Special donut delivery at work this morn so that was a happy surprise! :D
