Marry Christmas Eve! Ran down the SH path again with mom, I have decided it is a really great loop. Whole left hip is sore/tired. The sun was out and I was moving quickly. Gave the shoes a good washing and re-dirtying today. It was pretty wet and I ran through a pond at one point. Also, good news! I saw a dog. Part boxer, part pit. He was super nice. Really enjoyed the run today.
