Long run at Busse. A mile or two in, I knew I didn't fell that good. Just jammed with the group 7min pace for the first 10 and then pulled off and started a workout from there. Original plan was 6 and 6:10-15 but it ended up being 5 sub 6:20. They say you gps gets lost in there but idk. Watch said I was running 6:10 then my split would show up slower so who know and also who cares. First 60 mi week in awhile and a harder workout done early in the week so this was fine for the LR.
