Put it on cruise control this morning. Drove back from Chicago in the morning and had coffee at the Oneils. Headed out for a longer run down to the trail. Ran on the gravel trail in SH and to the bird sanctuary, quickly was swarmed by red winged black birds and got out of there asap. Nice and cool day for a run, lots of people on the trail.
