Tried to go to Busse Woods with Sam and Lauren but ended up doing parking lot loops :| while helping them tempo. Super chill long run but have had no voice starting on Friday so it's probably good to have a relaxing long run and rest up. Didn't run yesterday after staying out late with Jason on Friday/driving the the burbs/Woodstock on Saturday and not getting back to the Clark's until 4 or 5. Played Settlers instead of running and literally had no voice all through dinner.
