We went out to Deer Grove to get on some more trails. The back loop was particularly bad and I had to stop and tromp through ankle-deep mud at some points. I decided not to do two back loops and hitting the pavement instead. Once I got on the trail, I let myself progress naturally. I ended up doing a 6mile tempo which was fine. DC Half has been cancelled so we aren't necessarily working towards much right now.
