With a bigger group at Waterfall Glen. Had Kim and Declan take a tumble in the first three miles or so. Dec hurt his back pretty bad and had to turn, felt really bad for him. Hills with Emma and Chris after mile 4.5 or so. Pretty slippery and tired footing but got the work in. FInished easy with them and stopped the check on Dec. Last 2.5 or so was a bit faster. Fun day after bowling terribly for John's bday and didn't run on Sunday simply because I didn't want to. Pretty tired actually this week. Idk why.
