Stomach still hurting and didn't eat barely anything yesterday. Still got out in the morn with Dec on the bike and tried to workout. Started out the mile too fast and ended way too slow. Ended up running 5:50 pace and felt spent after. Stupid. Mostly v mad that I'm having all of these stomach problems but I'm also not doing too much figure it out either. Hopefully my body just needs to neutralize for a few months.
