Testing the waters here with my leg and heel. Ended up being a fine workout with a little slow start. Just wanted to keep it within the 5:30-5:40 range and for the most part did that. Ended up feeling a twinge in my achilles on the cool down and a pull way up in my butt on rep 4 (on top of hammie and groin issues) so definitely not ideal but I'm hoping with a little recovery and some easy days I'll be back. Also did my long run in the afternoon on Sunday so there was less time to prep for this workout. Overall don't feel that good about it but also don't feel that bad either.
