COMMENTS: Uncle, I give... at 4 am it was 80F with heat index of 92! Did my very hilly 15 miles in 2:19:19 (9:17 pace) taking Tory for the last mile. It was so dark in places, I ran with my eyes closed but then started thinking about tripping on road kill so I opened them again. It was like running on a treadmill in a sauna! I guess endorphins are pretty powerful because I actually enjoyed that run :)
