COMMENTS: Ran fast til had to stop, took brether and went strong again. Stopped watch during rests. Got nice strides and rest down to about 30 secs to get HR in 140's. Strides felt great, high kne, high leg lift. Breathing sucked!

Was running in 6's alot.
