COMMENTS: Cold morning, toes got numb! 180 cadence run with Tory aiming 9:30 pace but was 9 then 9:20 then 9:40 then 9:30 (all over the place).

Last 2 miles I started feeling "something" (tightness?) at the plantaris spot behind knee and in the thigh. It did not progress. Could feel some plantaris pain when pushing right foot onto left foot after the run. Very minor but there. Ham at butt bit sore (no worse, iced to Conover). Short easy 4 mile run tomorrow.
