12.2 mi in 1:35:52 (7:51, AHR 157)
Target was to alternate 8:00 and 7:30 miles. After a 2.2 mi wu with Tory at 8:30 pace, the 10 mi w/o was:
7:29, 7:51, 7:33, 7:56, 7:27, 7:58, 7:38, 8:00, 7:23, 8:00 (10 mi avg 7:44 pace)
Wore the fuel belt and drank every 2 miles to practice drinking at MP (8:00)
Knee feels fine today. Actually feel wonderful.. Weight down, strength up, no soreness anywhere. Best I've felt at this point prior to any marathon! (knocking hard on wood)
