33-40's MUG, tights, shorts, LS tee, gloves, MP3, 4 bottle fuel belt.
Had 4 x 6oz water during and 16 oz before and 2x6oz after. No issues. No gel.
Did wake up at 3 am and ate banana and bagel with PB and honey
