30 min Water running (AHR 130)
150 yds swim - no aids (HR up to 133!)
11:30 min water running (AHR 129)
200 yds swim - no aids (slower and easier)
Saw PT today and he did more ultrasound and showed me ankle strengthening. Did that at meeting and foot felt GREAT afterwards!
