COMMENTS: Warmed up 5 min with HR around 150 then 1 lap hard (about 3 min) + 1/2 lap easy. Hard efforts upper 160's peaking mid 170's. Easy around 155. Breathing labored at end of "speed" laps. then 10 min easy with Hr around 155 and high step in shallow. PF bit sore after. (also walked 20 min brisk with cast last night with Tory)
