Notes

COMMENTS: 800 yds with pull bouy + 250 yds swimming using legs. Had to stop and let HR lower at each 25 yds. Stop, HR at like 115 then it raises to like 125 then falls back. Difference between being horizontal vs vertical.

Oh. BTW. Foot feels fantastic today!!!
