COMMENTS: 41F some fog. MHM with Tory at bit faster pace around 9 mm. Dropped Tory off at 4 miles and ran a fast 0.5 miles (low 6's before the hill and 7:03 final average) felt REALLY good to open it up. All parts functioned well. Good power. We'll see tomorrow for 8K race!
