COMMENTS: Run in the dark w/o Tory. Nature trail to DF GC 2 laps and back. Could see path but not ground. Left foot no problems. Right Ham was heavy, numb, weak, but strong enough to kick last 2.5 miles in 21:34 (8:30 pace)
