COMMENTS: Frosty moring. Gloves, tee, long tee and shorts. Had pspaghetti lunch Sat, pasta at 6 pm, 2 bananas, bag of pretzles, lots of water. Then Banana, poweraid and Hooah bar 1/2 hr before run. Felt pretty good whole run. Legs a bit tired towards end. Right knee had something (not painful at all) present that I could feel like a swelling. It was no issue just different. Made it up to Couch Mountain. Garmin 305 showed the loop! Tracked in woods very well!! I CAN do a 22 miler with running resumption only 26 days. YIPEE!!!!!
