COMMENTS: REST DAY - Unscheduled but needed.
Amazing how things work out. Planned to run today to test Garmin 305 that arrived yesterday. But I was reluctant since the legs need a rest, ( tight calves yesterday evening) and weather was calling for 37F rain. So what happens? My alarm clock malfuntions and I got a good night rest instead! Nooo problem!
Had tight knot in ham which worked out with rest and stick.
