COMMENTS: Rolling hills setting. Felt very strong at end. Maintained 70 rpm with some 75 and even up to 90!

Foot still has pain on flex. More on side of heel vs bottom. Prednisone day 3 today and still burning on stretch. We'll see. First steps not bad with belt stretch before getting up. Standing calf stretch burned at sides of heel.
