COMMENTS: Today's was a loooong run with 70F and 90% Humidity, 15 miles in 2:22 (9:30 pace). The legs will welcome a rest day tommorrow.
Run was really good. At one point there was a goose standing in the middle of the road honking loudly as two other geese mosied across the road. It looked like a school crossing guard.
