COMMENTS: 10K Training PR!!

To improve speed I've been doing 800m intervals on Tuesdays and a 10K tempo run every Thursday or Friday. The goal is to get the 10K tempo below 46 min by the end of January.

Today I ran the measured subdivision 10K route in 46:51 (7:33 pace)
