COMMENTS: Started at 72F, 87% Humidity. Did long run 18 miles in 2 hrs 35 min with a steady 8:42 pace no slowing or stopping. Then hydrated, stretched, woke Tory up, fed him and then 4 mile run/walk with Tory in much warmer temps. Kind of tired now! Lost 6 lbs and now to feast and drink! (Belgian waffle piled with blueberries and strawberries... yum!!)
