COMMENTS: 71F -75F, Real Feel 73 - 85F 5:30 am start. Left Tory stayed home for this long hot run. Excellent run with breathing very slow and effortless yet good LSD pace. Total 17.2 miles in 2:42:56 (average 9:28 pace.... miles 12-16 at 9:00 pace and last 1.2 at 8:20 with strong finish).
With 10 yesterday and 17 today it gives a PR for most miles in a 7 day period (63 miles!!) Now will taper for 10K Saturday
