COMMENTS: Long pants, tee, ls tee, hat, gloves, HR squirlly first mile. Then settled to 130's.
Ran with Tory. very slow recovery. Tender spot insilde lower end of right hammy better today. Did some one leg knee bends to strengthen.. Hmm.
Also PF pretty tender first 2 minutes out f bed. Whats up with that. Not getting better!
