COMMENTS: 3rd ART Treatment. Worked lower leg up to behind knee. Behind knee was a real (ouch) hot spot. (more the pain the better! and this one was good!) Then up near butt on hamstring, another pretty good spot. Leg felt a bit better all day. Did band at work, and stick and lift knee up while sitting then extend leg up. Did that a few times during the day. Then the stick and intense on all of the flex excercises before bed.
