COMMENTS: Mid 60's 17 miles of roads and trails and hills (like 1000 ft total with net elev change of 300 ft) in 2:27:40 (8:41 pace). Garmin 305 picked up satellites today!? It was only 0.2 miles short on the measured route. But.. the HR was messed up, kept reading 175 but breathing was easy. Must be a setting from reset.
Anyways,I really enjoyed this sproinky run with 180 bpm music mix. Bounced up the hills and flew out of control down the steep ones. Saw deer in
the fields. Life is good :)
