COMMENTS: No Running.... hamstring (don't stretch it). Stretched it yesterday am and it really hurt all day.
While driving to the dog park, my butt was hurting so I did the following:
1. hard massage with finger tips just in front of the "sit bone" . Pain reduced
2. Flexed my gluteous maximus and hamstring while rolling my butt around the "sit bone"
Later, some stretching did not give that pain in the butt. Tried a short run down the driveway and there was minor pain. Did fast, high leg lifts and pain further reduced. Think I'll warm up like this tommorrow and try a 4 miler.
