IRC 55F (but 90%RH) 13.1 Hilly progression run. 9:30 to 8:30 stepping down 10 secs every 2 miles. Controlled 8:50 pace down steep Mt Sinai Rd by quick turn over and "slipping feet" like running n ice. Knees bent and land on foot under torso. Worked very well. Pretty sproinky Foot a little sore after. Some left hip/quad mild soreness during run residual from Sunday's run.
