COMMENTS: Sweat 3.6 lb (only). Fan really is great!

5 min spinning 100 rpm in gear 7 then spinups for 25 minutes consisting of 1 min at 110 rpm, 1 min at 120 rpm, 1 min at 130 rpm then back down and back up cycles. Really got HR up there at the fast cadence. Then 50 min gear 8 with 98 rpm (18 mph) with last 10 secs of each minute a stand-up sprint. Got the hang of it! Geat workout. Leg still has residual dull pain after pressure is applied (like knee bends on tub edge)
