Notes

Ran the klahanie 5k. Little goal in my head was to break 19. Found out it wasn't a full 5k course, mapped it out and it was 2.85. Ran very relaxed the whole ran. Definitely not to happy with the time. Works out to aroudn 20 flat 5k, but it was very relaxed and felt great. I enjoyed the race alot, hopefully will getting alot faster soon as more milage and weight drops. Looking forward to the summer. I think this week will be my "down week" so to speak and next week i'll shoot for 35mpw. So basically this was a harder pushing tempo. Felt quite good tho :).
