I started the year out good running wise..running 100 miles.. but last month I completed nowhere near that distance.. well today I started out march with a bang for me.. solo run of 11 miles this morning in Hudson..in the third mile today i finished it uphill just the same as my run two days ago.. my splits for today's run were not completely negative but after the hill they all were i was consistent and faster at the end go figure!.........................the splits were as follows:......
