Ran first ever 15k race. Stews chase 43rd annual 15k race in Lynn MA went toed there with tobey Dave burns & manny. Manny drove sunny cloudy & breezy hilly had tight hamstring went EASy. Ran whole race with Tobey walk run every mike marker we walked 30-60 seconds. Want to do this again improve forgot watch at home ugh :(
