a Grand Prix Race 12k (aka 7.5 miles) running with GLRR in Bedford,NH not too hilly . warm, but not real hot and I actually felt good and faster the further into the race I went.. was a good race and I had a strong finish as well.. my first time doing this race, but i would gladly do it again!
