Felt OK but a bit tired. Had better splits this run than usual. I made an effort to surge at least once per mile to try to keep myself from getting slow and complacent. That seems to be a good strategy to keep my pace reasonable. In other news, I still feel a bit of weakness/lack of control in my left knee, though it's not really a serious issue unless I run fast.
