Notes

Shins and Calves were stiff and sore going out but warmed up and felt ok by the end. We circled around to N Pierce Street on the way back since Kelly wasn't feeling the hills. I charged up Pierce and up the hill in Hillside Park which was a fun way to finish a good run.

9 minute pace was good going out to keep legs and back in check, but I was pushing a bit coming back. Maybe I will talk to Kelly about pacing the middle miles to make it a work out for her upcoming half/ marathon.
