Notes

Great Workout with the BARA crew. 4 x 1000 @ 3:20 w 200 walk/jog

Wanted to go 3:25-30 but instead ran 3:23, 20, 20, 19 Back was a bit tight but all the warm-up helped

I ran 2.5 miles to the track from the apt. When I got there, the crew wasn't sure they wanted to do the wkout even though we had it scheduled for a week. I was gung ho to do it. We ran the little trail loop for a 4 mile warm-up then Ben and I decided to do the dang thing. Ted and the other dude were in but the other dude dropped out.

I lead the third and hit 40s pretty steady, I was proud of the workout and the accountabilibuddies atmosphere.

so 4 mile workout, 4 mile warmup, 2 mile cool down, 5 mile to track and back= 15 mile day
