Notes

Ran 60 mins at Embassy gym. Took a few breaks to walk/ stretch. Walked a 5 min cool down. Varied pace between 6mph and 7mph, with a few minutes at 8 mph. Good work out. Right shoulder (rotator cuff) still tender.
