Ran neighborhood loop after cobra stretches. Hit planned stop/stretch points at 8 min (Brit Council), 13 min (turn off route R1), 16 min (top of Brit School), and had to walk a moment near home when a side stitch hit. Felt okay, but still suffering from the heat. Index was over 95 when sun went down thanks to 75% humidity.
