Notes

Felt terrible most of the week from stiffness and lower back/ disk pain. Hit the gym for the first time since Kris' visit and did warm ups and hard stretching. Then did one of heavy set of most upper/ back lifts to get blood flowing and muscles moving. Also did some alternatives and ended with more hard stretching. Did WONDERS for the disc/ tension. Got to lift regularly to keep that pain at bay.
