Busch told me no one had entered the Taste Race 5K so I jumped in for a chance to win $50. I won despite running the alumni race in the AM. Went out the first mile with some guy with a Univ. of California track shirt on but he died as I figured everyone would on the hill at John St off of Chestnut. I cruised to the finish with the next guy, a wally, 52 sec behind. A fun race and a really great day to run. Hopefully it becomes a community event and grows! Good job Redpack and Busch/ Cass for putting it on!!!
