Notes

Leg workout with Rob G. Also 3x50 sledge hammer hits on tire.

Deadlifted 315 without much problem. Didn't go above that weight - didn't want to screw up lumbar disc. Did goblet squats and front squats which don't put as much pressure on the spine. Lower back muscles were sore but in a good way.
