Another run/walk workout with Doron. This time we ran 4 minutes and walked 2 minutes for 8 sets. Unfortunately, he started getting a stomach cramp on the 2nd run, but he ran through it the rest of the way. We slowed down on the runs as the cramp came back, but he kept on running! I'm very proud of how much he has accomplished so far - and I'm sure that by the end of the summer this workout will be easy for him!
