My first run outside since late November!!! Up to Fitness First and back to weigh in as part of their New Year's weight loss challenge. I've lost 2.5 lbs in two weeks. Not bad since I haven't been religiously counting calories - yet.
My HR was waaaaay too high for long periods of the run, but I just couldn't help it. It was such a glorious day (although quite windy) and I just wanted to run. The last 0.87 miles came in at a 9:37 pace...and I walked the last 2-3 minutes - Yikes!
I can't wait for more runs like this!!!!
