Notes

Hill workout on treadmill this morning. I used one of the newer treadmills that had a "Hills of the World" setting - not sure exactly which hills they were supposed to represent, though. I set the level to 8 - from 0% to 6.4% incline. Started the speed at 5.8mph and bumped it up .1 every half mile to end at 6.4mph. Total run was 3.5 miles at 9:55/mile pace.
