Morning 3 mile run. Kentlands 5K course in reverse - it was dark when I started and I did not want to cross over the lake area before sunrise. It was a great plan because when I got to the lake there was a beautiful pink sky. I wore my HRM - avg HR was 152...not too bad for the first time wearing the HRM in a long time.
