4.5 mile "long" run - matches the longest run I have done so far in 2015 (and the first time in over 3 months I have run over 4 miles). It is also the first time in a long while I wore my HRM. I kept my avg HR on the lower side for the first two miles (mile 1 was 146bpm and mile 2 was 156bpm but very hilly). However, overall my avg HR was 160bpm. I need to slow down and get this lower. My pace this morning was 10:28/mi...I may have to slow this down until my aerobic capacity ramps back up again. Anyhow...it was great to run a bit longer than usual and I hope to finally get some 5 or 6+ mile runs in soon!
